BFL 01/12 Weekend Check-In

Hi again ladies!!

Heidi - Yeah for ordering STS!!! Funny when you said my husband is up following me around -- my husband was too this morning -- hey mister I'm trying to chat on Cathe ... and yes we do talk about our DHs sometimes!! :)

Susan -- Down 2 pounds !! Great job. I'm with you on eating -- I'm an ALL or NOTHING gal myself!

Belinda -- Yeah to you also for ordering STS. Also let me know what i-treads you end up buying AND liking. I've only got one i-climb... so far... Gayle's constant raving on them is making me want to buy more! :)

Sherry - I think a nice dinner out with DH -- always means wine and dessert!! :) Thanks for your input on running - I would love to run a 5K!!

Gayle - My kids are dying for a Wii -- maybe I should buy one just so I can get in some cardio! :)

Melissa - FOUR pounds --- Yeah!! I love cake too -- can you send me a slice!??

Kathy- I can't wait until I can "eek" out 5.25 miles!! har har!!

Carolyn - I wouldn't worry about bulking up -- it's working for Cathe and crew!!

My free day was today! I went out for dinner with my DH! I did really good! Tomorrow is my rest day and clean eating!

Heidi** I hope you enjoy Cardio Kicks as much as I do! Can’t wait for you to tell us what you think! Nice workout this morning!

Gayle** you amaze me with your energy! Send some my way! Great job on IMAX 3 and ab workout! I think I will do IMAX 3 (intervals 1-7) next week! Glad you had fun playing Wii Sports! I played it with my DS and DD a few months ago! Lot of fun! next week I will do iTrain 13! I can’t wait to try it out! Thank you!!

Hey guys. No time for personals (other than 2)....I just read all your posts and wanted to say HI and give you all a LOUD SHOUT OUT for how remarkably well you are ALL doing! Keep at it!

Melissa-I like the Wii Sports which comes with the Wii. I then bought them Wii Play.

Susan-Thanks for posting your UB routine. It looks a lot like mine even with MY changes. I like doing the overhead lat pullovers with my legs raised as well....really hones in on those lats, ya know???

DS' basketball game is over and we're just hanging out (and doing laundry) until we go to BF's house tonight. I ended up getting extra work in because I walked back and forth to the school (where the game was...about 2.5 blocks from my house) 3 times. I rode my bike there andn back the last time! LOL My legs are really quaking from this past week, and I could feel it on the journey! lol

OK...have a great Saturday night. I will most likely not be back until tomorrow morning, when I weigh in and take my progress pics and measurements!

Hey Everyone,
I've had a really nice day. Did a little shopping..ALONE..dh and dd rode bikes while I walked the doggie..and now we're grilling out some ribs..yum!
We should all be proud..we are doing great!!

Susan, sounds like you had a great day! DD and I were able to get outside and ride our bikes today too. Felt wonderful!! Now, if only I could get in some shopping alone...

Off to do LB. Here are my meals for the day:

M#1: 3 scrambled egg whites, 1/2 sweet potato
M#2: stuffed pepper
M#3: apple, string cheese
M#4: salad w/1 can white tuna, 1/2 c black beans, 1 T dried cranberries
M#5: Raspberry/banana protein shake

Last check-in for tonight for me.

I guess today was a biking day for quite a few of us. My DS and I went out today and road around the block...3.5miles.
A little cool but wore gloves and had a good time.
