Hello to everyone!

I hope everyone is going to enjoy there free day today!

My day is going to start out with getting in that cardio I missed yesterday! Not at the race mind you because I am still hurting in the legs from GS. Wow, that really kicked my butt big time!

Hi, Heidi! I hope the cardio loosens up those legs. I'm snickering inside at the DOMS! lol Knew it would get you good! lol

I started the day off, my FREE DAY off, with Yee's Power Yoga Total Body. It felt GREAT! Nice and relaxing (although I work up such a sweat doing that workout).

Free Day today....and I'm thinking that I'm liking the results I've gotten in these past 2 weeks. I am going to treat myself a little today, but I WILL NOT GO HOG WILD! I do not want to un-do what I've been working on. Over at the BFL tracker, I updated my stats and added 2 week pics. Although they're not perfect and I'm not physically where I want to be YET, they are progress for me and that makes me a happy camper.

NOW....time to get DS ready for his football game. Then a nice quiet day around the house.

OH...I'll have to hit Dick's today so that I can get more weight plates.

OH...and another thing...I have an interview with HR tomorrow for a full time Associate Teacher's position that I WANT!!! We'll see how that goes!

Hi Gayle,

I did my cardio around 8:15am. I did CTX Step & Intervals workout that Kerry was talking about. Boy that is a great workout too! I loved it! Yes, my legs do feel much better now, thanks.

Going to go for a walk/run with daughter later today in Ravenswood. She wants to check out the cool race course too.

I hope everyone has a really nice day and enjoy the good weather. Well, that of course depends upon were you live. ;-) It is finally nice and sunny here in MA after a weeks worth of dreary weather.

Hi all! Well, I finally got a really good night's sleep last night! It allowed me to be superwoman and catch up on homework and housework. Tomorrow I'll be back on track with PUB. I must say that I have not eaten as well as I would have liked the last couple of days. The extreme fatigue played a part in less than healthy choices (I gravitate towards junk and carbs when I am very tired) but I also did not take the time each night to plan my meals. I will be sure to do that tonight so I am completely on track tomorrow!

By the way, how do you post a picture on a post?

I have never posted a picture so I couldn't even begin to help you on that one. Maybe you should mention this tomorrow for others to see because I think they are all out today.
