BFFM....Worth the money?

A lot of books that I buy basically just repeat themselves. I have heard a lot of people refer to this book, so it makes me wonder what I am missing.

I've been wondering the same. Is there revolutionary advice in this book that makes it different? I, too, have read many books and websites. I can't see downloading this unless there is a lot to learn from it.
 
Yeah, I totally agree. Its got tons of information on the subject plus ideas on tweaking your diet and workout routines to get results. Its like a fitness Bible...I just love it.
 
Another vote for BFFM. But if you're looking for quick & easy, this ain't it. He's all about working hard and doing what it takes to achieve your goals. He talks about everything from goal setting, to the truth about carbs, how to lose fat vs. muscle, calculate your daily calories and even some sample menus. It's got it all. Love this book!

I in now way think this is easy. I've already lose 35 pounds and there is nothing easy about it. However, I want to be smart about it. I went from 205 to 169 and never dropped a pant size!! So, not I'm all about the inches.
 
Congrats on the weight loss! And I agree, losing weight isn't easy and staying consistent is even harder. When I'm feeling "weak" I pull out my book to keep me motivated. Sometimes it's a daily struggle!

I do think it is a worthwhile investment. I'm not sure there's anything in there that's revolutionary exactly, but it is chock-full of good, sensible info for those who work out intensely.
