I started the plan a week ago, and find that my ratios are usually low on the protein end. The problem is I'm allergic to whey (which is in most dairy), and eggs (whites & yolks). I'm getting tired of chicken! I didn't want to do protein shakes, but I may need to in order to get the protein in. I can have soy.
Are there any shakes that don't have whey or dairy?
Are there any carb foods that are higher in protein than others (like certain cereals)?
Any thoughts on soy?
