I know there are a lot of fans of BFFM on here, so I really want to order the e-book. But he's also offering, for $20 more, another book, The Fat Burn Files. Should I get both books, or is BFFM more than enough? Has anyone read The Fat Burn Files? Any reviews? TIA!!
