I USED THE BURN THE FAT FEED THE MUSCLE CALCUALATION AND CAN SOMEONE WHO IS FAMILIAR WITH THIS PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF I DID THIS CORRECTLY?
BMR = 1494 X 1.55
TDEE = 2315
MULTIPLIED 2315 X 20%
SUBTRACTED 463 WHICH = 1852 CALORIES DAILY DIVIDED INTO 5 SMALL MEALS EVERY 3 HOURS
EACH MEAL SHOULD BE 50-30-20
WHICH WOULD BE 46 G CARBS , 27 G PROTEIN, AND 8 G FAT PER MEAL?
INCREASE EXCERCISE CALORIE BURNED TO 537 DAILY?
PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF i DID THIS CORRECTLY? THANKS.
