BFFM Activity Factor Question??

I read BFFM and I don't know where to put my Activity Factor. (don't know where to put them on Cathe's Workout Manager either)
Here are the catagories:

Activity factor
Sedentary = BMR X 1.2 (little or no exercise, desk job)
Lightly active = BMR X 1.375 (light exercise/sports 1-3 days/wk)
Mod. active = BMR X 1.55 (moderate exercise/sports 3-5 days/wk)
Very active = BMR X 1.725 (hard exercise/sports 6-7 days/wk)
Extr. Active = BMR X 1.9 (hard daily exercise/sports & physical job or
2 X day training, marathon, football camp,
contest, etc.)

I do Cathe videos 6 days a week. I am doing a Total Body/Endurance Rotation for fat loss. (3 days full body weights and 3 days 45-60min. cardio). I try to go as heavy as I can, and always try to give as much as I can to my workouts. But I don't know if this constitutes as "hard exercise". As I said before I am in fat loss mode, so I am counting calories. The difference in caloric intake with the suggested 20% reduction for fat loss is 1671, Mod. active and 1860, Very active. That's almost a 200 cal. difference and I am not sure which one to use. 1860 seems like a lot to me. I think I was eating about 1500-1600 prior to reading the book. That was working for me, I just didn't wasn't sure if I was eating too little.

Anyone have any suggestions for me?
Thank you!
Kristy.
