Beyond slow and heavy?? help ???

HI all..
i have been on a rotation of slow and heavy for 4 wks now.. i loved it loved it!! But what now?? I have no idea where to go from here.
Before slow and heavy i did Marlene's TTR for 8 wks. loving the results from that..but really don't know what i should do next.. i was hoping to really get a good one going to kick it up a notch for the holidays coming up and all.. I have some weight to lose and i have all Cathe's workouts on DVD .. anyone.. Jillybean, Aquajock, Marlene, or any of the greats.. please ring in if you got the time and help me out on this one.. i appreciate anyones feedback

This is my rotation for rotations:
CTX for 4 weeks
PH 2x's and MIS 1x a week for 4 weeks
MIS 2x's and PH 1x a week for 4 weeks
Body Max 2x's a week for 4 weeks
PS for 8 weeks
S&H for 3 weeks
And then I start the WHOLE thing over again. I love going to an endurance rotation after S&H because even though the weight selections are much lighter, Power Hour or Learner Legs for example, really pack a punch and I always forget how challenging they are. Have fun!
