Beyond Bummed and Need Intervention

I know theres not a lot of chance that this may be a go, but I tried desperately to get a ticket to the Glassboro road trip this morning but wound up on the waiting list.
I live in Vail Colorado. Its been snowing like crazy here. The weather has most likely affected our servers. I had my husband try to get me in and I was trying from work (at Vail Valley Medical Center) at the exact moment of 11am mountain time, 1pm eastern. My daughter, who lives in Wisconsin, was on at the same time and got her ticket clarified and the money went through so we know she was able to get a ticket.
We attended the Chicago road trip last April and went together, roomed together and sweated together. We made a pact that we would attend a New Jersy road trip together this year if it killed us.
What are the chances of someone who was actually there on the website at the right time but was timed out because of server and/or weather issues getting a ticket? It wouldnt be a big deal if my daughter hadnt gotten a ticket so quickly. I even had her try to get me in but it was too late.
I am beyond bummed. I so looked forward to this. I'm mad and upset and ready to cry and I know I sound like a big baby. Its not like we ALL didnt try. Its not like I wasnt there at the precise moment required. I really really WANT to give you my $100.00!!!
Please, if there's any kind of Cathe magic that can be worked, I would be eternally grateful to you and yours.

Aw Lynn....you are making me cry reading this :( But I have some very hopeful news for you. You might still be able to get in if you are one of the people on this list mentioned on my announcement below. So don't lose hope yet :D

ATTENTION TO ALL WHO ATTEMPTED TO SIGN UP FOR THE GLASSBORO ROAD TRIP AT 1PM TODAY......

We apologize in advance for any delay and/or inconvenience this has caused, however we had the server crash right after the 45th person successfully signed up due to high traffic demands. After that the system kicked everyone on to the wait list. In addition to that, some of the first 45 people who got in signed up (by accident) more than once. So what we are now doing is re-crediting all the double orders so that they are only signed up for one slot. After that we are going to the waiting list we have and taking sign ups in the order they were received starting with number 46 and up and through 105. If you are one of these people (from 46 to 105) you will receive a link from us by the end of the day telling you how to make your payment (which we did not yet receive) to secure your spot on the roadtrip. Anyone who is number 106 and beyond will be put on our new official waiting list. Congratulations to those of you who made it in. If you didn't make it in remember that we always have cancellations right up to even the day before the roadtrip so there is always a strong chance you can still get in.

Thank you again for your continued support and I cannot begin to tell you how much your enthusiasm and love for our Cathlete community keeps me going! CATHLETES ROCK!!!!

Yes yes yes! We are both coming! This really IS a dream come true!! I guess I'm thrilled the glitch turned out ok for a lot of people. I really do have an ache in my heart for those who didn't make it, though. My fingers are crossed for everyone!

Lynn, my eyes were getting a little misty there because I felt the SAME way:( When I saw that message saying I was on the wait list I just lost all hope. Can't even put into words my emotions at that moment. But like you, I too received "Cathe Dust" and I'm going! I was 81.....best number ever, LOL Can't wait to meet you, please come say hi! Mare
