Hey Beverly,

I don't post much here..usually post alot on oxygen. But I wanted to say Thanks for posting that speed ladder run, I did it last night and it was awesome!!! I think I ran like 6.5 miles in 55 minutes. I love having treadmill workouts like that it makes it go buy so much faster. I also think you look great. What does your training and diet look like? I used to run alot (did a marathon about 4 years ago) and then kinda burned out and switched to cathe cardio. However I want to get back into it like 3-4x a week. Thanks again.

Hi Jenni,

I am glad you liked the speed ladder run. I love the days I have this run, because it does seem to go by fast. Which is nice when you are on a treadmill.

My diet is not real strict. My goal every day is to get in my fruits and veggies, 3 low fat dairy products and some protein. Chicken or turkey. I try to eat fiber rich foods too. Everything in moderation.
