I recently acquired MIS and the PS tapes and I really enjoy them. I know that weight training is great for building bone density, but I have a question on specifics. Is the heavier weight- lower rep style of lifting superior, or is it better to lift lighter weight with higher reps, or does it matter? Increasing bone density is one of the most important reasons I lift, so I'm very curious about this.
