best way to incorporate Power Circuit?

I have and love Power Circuit, but I never know how best to fit it into a regular rotation. Right now I'm trying to make sure that I'm working each body part 2-3 times a week (2 total body strength workouts like PH or MIS, and then either CMAX or BMAX), as well as 3-4 cardios (including CMAX/BMAX). I don't have the other CTX workouts and was wondering how the rest of you fit Power Circuit into your schedule. Does anyone have any suggestions???

Thanks so much for any feedback!
Sarah :)

p.s. I just got the Pure Strength series in the mail, and plan to start using it in another week or two, if that info helps. Here's a list of the other Cathe tapes I do have:
MIC, PMAX, StepMax, IMAX, Cardio Kicks (& the others I mentioned above: PH, MIS, BMAX, CMAX)

Hi Sarah,

I often use PowerCircuit prior to another leg workout. For instance, If I'm going to do S&H Legs or PS-L&A, but also plan a cardio that day, I'll do PowerCircuit as a cardio and pre-exhaust leg workout before S&H Legs or PS-Legs.
I've also used it prior to a full body workout with little leg work like BodyPump.

Power Circuit is my favorite of the CTX series. I usually combine the circuit segment with another circuit segment, either the step circuit segment from Body Max or the cardio-lower-body-only premix from Boot Camp. And I usually do this mish-mosh on Mondays, the day after my I-Max / leg-strength blowout when I want to do some leg weight work but keep it lighter both in terms of weight load and length of time for each leg-weight segment.

Here are a couple of my fave mish-moshes incorporating Power Circuit:

I-Max warm-up
Body Max step circuit segment
Power Circuit circuit segment

Rhythmic Step warm-up
Power Circuit circuit segment
Boot Camp cardio/lower-body-only premix

(I call the latter the "Oh-My Mish-Mosh" - you get two complete sets of ice breakers in one workout! To die for - smiling!)

You are very smart, Miz D. I will usually use PC alone as a cardio/lower body workout, but I like your suggestion. I think on Saturday, I'll do PC and follow it with the lower body weight section (thanks to the magic of DVD's!) of Boot Camp, and the upper body & abs from ME.

Just Do It! :)

Thanks, everyone, for your suggestions and advice! I'm going to do PC (cardio) + PS/LA in my next rotation and also pair it with MIS & BMAX. Thanks again!!!

Sarah :)
