Since I have been using your dvd's, I have gotten tremendous results in my upper body. I have shoulders, biceps and triceps. My back ripples. Unfortunately, my thighs, hips and stomach have maintained their nice layer of fat. My schedul allows very limited amount of time for workouts. I usually can squeeze 5/6 days per week. 4 of the days I have between 45 minutes to an hour the other 2 even less. I was wondering if weight trainig with an all around workout like MM one day, a circut a second day and the others cardio seemed a reasonable approach. Also, which type of cardio is best or should it be mixed up? Intervals, straight step and/or kickboxing. I am a little limited in what I can do with hight impact. Tuck jumps are not an option for me.
