Best strength video to lose weight?

Hi,I am new to Cathe and was wondering which strength video is best for losing weight? I tend to bulk easy, so I'm concerned about trying the slow and heavy series. I am currently using Power Hour, which I really enjoy; however, to prevent boredom I was thinking of trying another stength video but I'm not sure which. I would really appreciate any advice on this.
 
I was going to suggest Power Hour since that has given me great results. Why not another endurance workout like Muscle Endurance from the new series. Or perhaps Body Max since that has cardio too.
 
You could also try Maximum Intens. Strength. If you coupled that with Max. Intens. Cardio you'd see good results! Susan
 
Boot camp (whìch also includes some cardio) and Muscle endurance sound like they would be good for this.
 
Thanks for all the great input. I think I'm going to get the Power Hour/MIS/Body Max DVD first, and then try Upper Body CTX and Leaner Legs.
