Best Stability Ball?

Hi,

I want to order a stability ball but I don't know which brand is the best. I checked the ball Cathe uses for The Body Blast Series but how does this ball compare to the balls of:
www.spriproducts.com
www.fitball.com (Gymnic balls) and the Collage Video exercise ball.
Any suggestions. I'm 5'4 so I think my ball size would be 55 cm.

Hi Dawn,
I love mine-I have the spri ball. I haven't tried power systems, but they are more than reputable in the fitness equipment department (just ask cathe! ) But in all seriousness, I think either of those would be fine. Just stay away from the Living Arts balls-my old one needed constant reinflating. Not so with my Spri. Also, ordering and delivery is great w/ both Spri and Power Systems-have used both with great results. The Collage one-if they don't tell you the make of the ball, I wouldn't go there. I haven't looked at fitball gymnic balls, so no opinion there.

I use a Weider ball from Sears (it was a Christmas present from my kids) and the only time I've had to reinflate it was when my 7yo decided he wanted to inflate it more. He ended up deflating it. I sit on it when I work from home, and whenever I do any sitting weight work. Plus, the 7yo plays with it. It's very tough.
