best rotation for fat loss?

I've had alot of changes in my life recently and they've been affecting my workouts and eating quite a bit. Once I get settled in my new town (in a week or so) I'm going to hit the eating and workouts hard. I need to lose 25 lbs, what's the best rotation for this do you feel? I've been EXTREMELY slack on the weights lately and my cardio endurance has sunk so low that doing a 2 mile Leslie Sansome walk is a "workout" for me. I want to get back to the killer Cathe workouts I did 6x/week before!

Also, what about eating? Should I just do Weight Watchers or should I concentrate on something more protein heavy?

I would guess almost everyone has something to add here. For what it's worth here's my thoughts.... I am back to Cathe after a prolonged break due to injury and then difficulty getting back into better habits after the time off. My eating habits suffered as well and I have just completed 5 weeks on Weight Watchers (which I am liking very much). I did Cathe's July rotation, which is a little lighter than some of the others I considered. I have lost 10 lbs. and have made considerable endurance and strength gains. I make modifications to her routines where I need to, and have been amazed at how fast I have been able to catch up to where I was before (not completely but I'm gettin' there). There is a Weight Watchers thread on the Check ins and Challenges for support if you do end up choosing that route. I have never done the protein diet thing, so I can't comment on that, although I know many here have had success with it. A lot of "Clean Eaters" here too. I need the social support piece, and that's one reason I like Weight Watchers. I have had eating issues ever since I was something like 12. I can remember overeating sweets way back then! It's a lifetime process for me. My biggest struggle is to lose weight and keep it off. This is my current goal. Exercise - I love, Not eating Oreos - I don't like so much. But, being 10 lbs lighter feels amazing!
