Congratulations on the new baby. I am a fan of all your videos. I have every one of them. You're the best instuctor and the only really advanced one there is. Keep it up.
I would like to know your advice on the exercises I should do to focus more on my hips(saddlebags as they are otherwise known). I do not have a set routine for legs since they are not one of my favorite areas to work but I do at least one of your leg tapes once a week along with alot of step or hi/low (Trying to get into the treadmill but having a hard time. I like tapes because they provide some company.) I love working upper body so I concentrate more on that. I would like to concentrate a little more on that area of my legs so if you could give me some advice on how I should work that particular area it would much appreciated.
