Best Cathe Floorwork?

I am a recent Cathe convert, having started over a year ago with Leslie Sansone and WATP, moving on to the Firm, and then finding Cathe for a new challenge.

My question is actually for my DH. He has "knee issues" and doesn't want to do squats, lunges, or plies until he strengthens his thigh muscles. He very much enjoys floor work, so I've been giving him the last segment of the Firm's Vol. 1. However, he isn't thrilled with the mansion set or what he perceives as Susan Harris' "porno" voice. He likes Cathe's attitude and presentation on the upper body premixes I've thrown at him.

So what would you recommend for floorwork for my DH? This is one DVD he won't object to my buying -- he really wants some challenging floorwork that he'll enjoy.

Thanks!

My favorite is Pyramid Lower Body Floorwork but you do use a stability ball and your DH might not like that so my other suggestion is the Pure Strength DVD. It is a complete upper and lower body workout plus abs too. The floorwork is really good and you use a body bar, I just unload my barbell and use that....I am also a former Firmie...:)...Carole

Legs & Glutes has a great short ankle weight premix. Some standing exercises, mostly floorwork.

You might also want to do a search on past threads regarding Pilates for the lower body. I hear that Winsor came out with a recent one. Burn and Firm, was it?... I don't trust my memory. But a lot of ladies here rave about it.
