Sharon, Hi. Not Cathe, BUTT... (get it) I have a great butt exercise. Try this superset: Low pulse lunges (from Butts & Guts) supersetted with barbell stiff-legged deadlift w/ toes elevated. After performin)g that superset 3-4 times, do glute squeezes (from Butts & Guts) for 3-4 sets. On every every exercise of every set squeeze the backside hard!! You should really feel it in the muscles and will be sore the next day. Hope this helps.

ME TOO. I AM DOING THE BUTTS AND GUTTS. I HAVE ONLY LESS THAN 6 MONTHS TO GO BEFORE I AM IN A WEDDING. I MUST BE IN SHAPE FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE AS WELL AS FOR THIS WEDDING. ALSO I BOUGHT THE BOOK BY TOSCA RENO CALLED " THE BUTT BOOK" HOW TO GET A CELLULITE FREE BUTT. I READ IT COVER TO COVER. I WILL BE IN THE GYM EVERYDAY UNTIL SEPTEMBER 15TH.
