Best app to keep track of protein intake

Hi...I have been lower carb for almost 2 years...really reducing my carbs to basically some low carb wraps/bread, veggies, nuts, seeds, and some fruit with occasional cheats. But I have increased my protein dramatically. I think it's too much but my doctor is not so sure. Any recommendations for good apps to keep track of my intake?
 
I was doing Jillian's Bodyshred and I thought as good a trainer as she is, at my age I am not going to have arms that solid and muscular on this thirty minutes, even if I cut my food down to nothing I need to supplement a 30 minute workout.
