Benefits of stretching

Speaking of stretching, I did a great stretch workout today called Cool it Off. It's part of the Slim Series and it's an hour of stretches that emphasize the lower back and hip flexors, two of my problem areas! I think it's a great accompaniment to Cathe's workouts. I wish Cathe would put out a workout like that. I was never into stretching, didn't have the patience for it, but now that I'm older and have had a few serious injuries, I realize how valuable and necessary it is!
