I have been using http://www.fitday.com to keep track of my exercise as well as my food intake. It's user friendly and I like it alot. It bears looking into, fitness buffs!
I checked this site out and have a question for you. In the "activities" section there weren't many "Cathe type" cardio choices, no step or kickbox etc. How did you enter your activities to get the most accurate calories burned? I used the circuit training option since I usually do both weights and cardio each day but that's not really accurate since my routine isn't the same fast pace as true circuit training.
I was pleased to see that I burned more calories than I took in but horrified to see the fat% - YIKES!!! :-wow
Those activities are under "Dancing" for heaven know's what reason! I just started using the site and have only put in running and weight lifting, so I hadn't noticed that. But aerobics are there, just under a strange heading!
