Belated check-in! Come chat...

I didn't get the opportunity to check in last Friday because of the holiday, but I'm back to see how everyone is doing. I hope you all had a wonderful Memorial Day weekend and you are all feeling great. The weather was awful here and my mother-in-law thought it would be the perfect opportunity to bring over tons of food and have a "cook-in." I indulged a little, but didn't go overboard.

I'm still waiting for the results of my amnio, which I had on the 15th and the last few days have been torture. My instincts tell me that everything is fine, but my mind has a way of playing evil tricks on me. I really hope they come today.

I haven't checked my weight lately, but I have a checkup scheduled this Thursday, so I'll know if I stayed under my 5 pound weight gain goal. I suspect that I did okay considering that I'm still wearing the same pants, but they are getting snug. Plus, I'm getting little bouts of morning sickness again, so my appetite isn't as overpowering lately.

The workouts have been going really well this week. Here's what I accomplished:

Monday - Body Pump
Tuesday - Hi/Lo Heaven, Winsor Bun & Thigh, Boot Camp stretch
Wednesday - Leaner Legs
Thursday - 30 minutes on the eliptical machine at the gym
Friday - Cardio & Weights Time Saver Step (1st time & loved it)
Saturday - Power Hour
Sunday - Interval Max (with modifications, of course)
Monday - OFF

That's about it from my end. What's happening elsewhere gang???

Hi Angela and all,
Angela--congradulations on not overindulging over the weekend. I wish I could say the same:). But overall I did better on my eating over the last week.

My workouts were as follows: (I workout Thurs thru Tues with Wednesdays off, so that is what I will report)

Thurs Power Max
Fri PS BBA, 30 min stationary bike
Sat Interval Max
Sun Missed
Mon PS CST, 20 min stationary bike, quick and modified leg
workout to make up for sunday
Tues I plan to do Step Jam

I make a number of modifications, such as inclines for all chest and back-lying triceps work. I have not done any ab work:(. (although from reading this forum I have learned that many of you do work flat on your back with no problem. I wish I had known that before.) Also, I do very little jumping and for the intervals in IMAX I do significant modifications.

I look forward to hearing from everyone else.

Hi everyone, it looks like everyone had a good week! I maintained my weight this week. I like it but it seems like when that happens I'm gearing up for a big gain in the next couple of weeks. Oh well! Workouts for the week:

Sat - Fit for 2 step video; CTX biceps and tricepts
Sun - off
Mon - walked 3 miles
Tues - 30 min stationary bike and CTX shoulders and chest
Wed - walked 3 miles
Thurs - leaner legs
Fri - walked 3 miles

It was kind of a light week because I felt a little tired.

Debbie - expecting #3 (boy) on Oct 7th.
