We have now started posting behind the scenes pics and details from the filming of our 8 new videos. Pictures will usually post first on our faceboook fan page and then be copied to our Blog and Piterest pages.
Our updates will be posted in our Blog (Cathe Friedrich - Newest Workouts ), Pinterest (Cathe Friedrich (cathefriedrich) on Pinterest ) and on our Facebook Fan Page ( http://facebook.cathe.com/ ).
