a set of dvds for the cathe beginner- a prerequisite compilation set.

i just jumped into cathe with butts & guts, muscle max etc- and i know it would have helped if there was a cathe primer set.

for now, i'm taking it easy with the intermediate dvds and on my days with dom i'm doing cardio and step.
 
I agree, I would like to see more beginner/intermediate workouts. I am not really new to Cathe workouts but I am afraid of some of the high impact stuff. I'm afraid of injuring myself and not being able to do anything. I hope she considers this.

Cathe show you how to modify from Basic Step through BodyFusion etc.As you progress she has shown how to modify the power option in various DVD's. I do not do power, press ups on knees, etc. I have purchased he rearlier triple packs of DVD's.
E.G. Rhythmic Step/BodyMax Cathe shows the easier versions before the power is introducd.
I thought this was excellent as I do not do alot of power but allowed me to play with the easier versions.
I bought the easy steps and have plodded away. I am afraid if you wish to climb the ladder Cathe gives you the equipment to do it.
 
I would also love to see a 3pk beginner set! I started with basic step/body fusion/low impact step and would love to see more workouts like those!(not so much basic step) but love lic,bf!

More Intermediate Workouts please!!!!!!
 
This sounds like a good idea for those new to Cathe: a way to get familiar with her moves and cuing while moving up to her regular workouts. And a cardio three-pack would allow a good range of levels, starting with a more beginner workout, into intermediate, incorporating many of her 'signature' moves.
 
Maybe she will do this for her next set of DVD's that will be coming out next year?

We can only hope!

A set of beginner and even a set of intermediate workouts would be fantastic! Love the low impact stuff too.
