Hi all! Does anybody have advice on a good yoga dvd I can get? I took a Fitness Yoga class at my gym - first yoga class ever. I could do the moves but had no clue what was really going on.:7

I'd love to try it more at home. My problem is after all of Cathe's workouts and the Cardio classes (at the gym) I felt like a caged animal during this class. I wanted to jump rope, kickbox or something.

Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks:7

Hi Tina,

I've used Yoga Zone for a couple years now and love it. They move slowly and explain the poses well. They also break each workout down to about twenty minutes or so, if you get bored easily, the workouts aren't very long.

i second yoga zone and they can be reasonable at barnes and nobles and deepdiscountdvd.com has quite a selection fo them pretty cheap. some also recommend sara ivahoe but most of the stuff i tried of hers is pretty borning.

for a step up i like bryan kest but his workouts are about an hour long, not sure it thats what you are looking for.
