Beginner Series

I'm not Cathe, but judging from her work, I'd reckon that the chances of seeing such a series are slim.

Do you have the Pure Strength series? I recommend this to everyone I know, regardless of their fitness level. I was an intermediate exerciser when I found Cathe. PS was my first strength workout. I used very light weights and only dumbbells. I got a barbell only when I was close to matching Cathe's weights. PS is a series you can grow with, and even when you get to the point where you lift heavier than Cathe does in PS (I know some ladies in this forum who do that), PS will remain a great series to rotate with other strength/endurance programs.

I also think the Pyramids are workouts you can grow with -- use light weights and work your way up over time. Hope this helps.

Thanks Pinky. I'll check Pure Strength out today. I love Gym style stuff so I was also thinking of that DVD. Will check Pure Strenght and let you know, I have to wate a month before purchasing something else, at least I'm trying:( Pyramids is on my list right in front of me to get. I just don't know which to get, My choices are all the Gym Styles and Pyramid Upper Body. Will check this one out also. Thank you. I have to post somewhere today I did not have to stop from doing the Basic Step. I just received it on Thursday and I'm so excited. The goal was to get the turn step down and once I got over that. It started working for me. I got confused on which side bu darn it, I still accomplished the whole Routine. Now that is something I did not think would happen this soon. I knew I could but TODAY. I'm putting red stars all over my calender and treating my self to some Ice Cream. :) :9 :7

I would probably go for the Gym Styles over the Pyramid Upper Body workout. Don't get me wrong, PUB is a great workout, but GS offers more variety in the exercises and is a little more fun to do. Just my $0.02!
