Hello! I am new to Cathe, new to this forum, and new to this way of working out! So far I absolutely love it!
I am currently trying to add the "beginner rotation" to the Workout Blender, and I am hoping someone out there can help clear up some of my confusion!
On Day One, it is suggested to do the Basic Step workout and then add the Lower Body Conditioning segment of the Body Fusion workout.
How is this done on the Workout Blender? It seems that only Body Fusion comes up on the search, not the individual lower body segment originally included on the DVD.
Any advice or suggestions would be welcome and appreciated!!! Thank you, and have a great day!!
