i'm thin, but i have unwanted fat, in my stomach and legs. i dont need to lose weight. is there any video i can use to just get rid of some unwanted fat and get in better shape. suggestions wanted, thanks
HI! Are you a beginner to Cathe, or a beginner to working out? If you are just new to Cathe and have already been working out, I would suggest that you need to concentrate on strength training to tone up and build lean muscle (you won't get big and bulky!). All of Cathe's strength tapes can be modified to different levels simply by using lighter weights. A good place to start if you haven't done wieghts before would be How to Get in Shape for your Wedding (ignore the title!). The second section has a good full body program that uses light to moderate dumbells. The first section is an intermediate to advanced step aerobics routine, which I would recommend if you have done some stepping before and are used to doing at least the basics. If you haven't done stepping before, you could just skip it, or build up to it with other tapes that are geared towards beginners. For more information on those tapes, go to videofitness.com
