I am looking for a step video for begginers. Which of your videos do you recommend?

Hi. I'm not Cathe but I had never done step before I tried her either. I started with Step Heat, which took me a few times to learn, then went on to the Wedding Video. I now own all of her workouts, and am waiting for the new DVDs to show up in my mailbox. I'm somewhat of a klutz but have learned to love step with Cathe. Hope this helps.

Mega Step Blast, Step Heat, Step Max and The Wedding Video are all good choice to begin with. MBS, Step Heat, and Step Max probably being the best very first ones.
I don't have it yet, just watched the clip on the site and talked to some people here but after those SNM I may be a good try too.
I love Power Max I know it's a good one to go to after getting adjusted with MBS, Step Heat, and The Wedding tape.
