Hi! I'm up in the morning between 2-2:30am to start working out by 3am. I have a cup of coffee, but I have to have a snack to eat with my coffee. I'm trying to decide wish one would be best. Is a slice of toast with a bit of peunut butter and jelly or a whole gram cracker better for you. I have to have some sort of bread, pastry, crackers, every morning with my cup of coffee in order to have a good day. I do workout 6 times a week, high impact cardio and weights. Any advice would greatly be appreciated.
