Go to picturetrail.com and they have pretty good instruction on how to set up an account. It use to be free, but now it is 19.95 for the year. I hope to see your picture soon.:7
Freestyle training focuses on working the lower body up to 6 times a week. I think it is definetely for pears. I too had bigger calves and calf raises with no weight have helped slim mine down. There is a freestyle book that helps with this type of training.
rcook (on this site) is the one that introduced me to this kind of training.. Thank you Rhonda!!!
Finding what works for what you want is not easy, it is trial and error and continuous change... but it can be done...:7
Let me know if you have more questions. If you do a search on freestyle training you will find more info on this forum..
Thanks Bev! Yes, it made perfect sense. I also use the large curling iron. I just cannot get the hang of using it upside down. (meaning curling up instead of under.) DID THAT MAKE SENSE? It seems so awkward to use it that way and it's all I can do not to burn myself, which I do have a knack of doing. I probably need layers too as it is pretty much all one length now. Thanks for the tips. It really is CUTE on you!

Wow....as a fellow runner Bev...I'll say you look AWESOME!!! I remember looking at your pics some time ago and now....WOW...most of the runners I know don't really workout with weights and most don't have the very strong core you do....Good Work!!!....the "after" pics are gonna really be something I bet.......I do a ladder workout myself but with a HRM, I'll have to try yours.......Carole
Hi Beverly, if you don't mind me asking, because I read on another post this ladder helped you break a plateau, what do your hips measure now, just curious??? thanks..
And I am glad you are still on freestyle too:7 ... Rhonda
Beverly~
Thanks for the picturetrail.com info. I'll check it out. I get anxious when I think about posting pictures! In 1999, I entered an East Coast National Bodybuilding Contest (placed 2nd in middleweight class) and was so confident! Isn't it silly that I feel like I'm losing confidence as I get older! I wonder why that is??
