Before Hardcore Pictures!

Cathlete
Hi Ladies,

My daugther took my before Hardcore Pictures for me today.
Pictures really do help see what type of progress you are making or not making... :7

Since my July pictures my bodyfat has went from 19.9% to 18.4%. I also lost 2 pounds. I have been focusing on the freestyle training since July and I am also in the last week of Cathe's August rotation. I run approximately 30 miles a week. Closer to 40 when the weather is good.

My focus with the hardcore series is to lean out my lower body a tad more and build my upper body and become more defined. 17% body fat is my goal.

Holy Cow, Beverly!

You look great! I only hope to get to your level! I'm 5'4", 130 lbs and 18.2% bodyfat but you can't see a bit of muscle on me. I wear a size 4 but I guess I'm a 'skinny fat'. Hardcore should turn that around!

Anyway, way to go on those pictures!

Beverly, as always, you look Bee-U-tea-full! I've never done before and after pictures so I'm going to have DH take some of me. I did pay for 2nd day shipping, so I think I'll wait until I get notice they are on the way! Hope it's soon! :) :)

BEVERLY!! Wow, you look awesome! I am so motivated when I see everyone's pictures.

This is the first time I've ever been this consistent -- I finally learned I need to be patient. I'm going to take some before HC pictures too. I'll weight till dh comes home this week (or it could be interesting to have my 6- and 8-year olds take them instead!).

Great going Beverly. BRAVO!

Ok Beverly, looking at you, I know I have to kick my freestyle training into high geer lol, and it wouldn't hurt to go tan:+ ...

So Beverly are you also doing your ABS the freestyle way and working them every day?

Anyway Beverly you look great, thanks so much for sharing your pictures, I have to get really busy, not that I haven't been, but I have to get really busy in watching how much I eat, I over did it tonight with the boiled shrimp, corn on the cob and boiled potatoes but will get it back on track tomorrow....Rhonda:7

Great pics Beverly. I am so looking forwards to the new Hardcore series. I figure I just took pictures so I will wait awhile and see what happens. Keep up the good work, you are looking awesome.

okay, how are these "before" pictures!!! You look great Beverly, thanks for sharing.

I'm gonna have to take some pictures and get them posted.

Hi domincan1,

Thanks for the compliment. My runs look like this through the week. I do one 9 miler (this is my long run in the winter). I do a 3 miler, a 6.6 mile interval run, a 6.5 mile speed ladder run, and one or two easy 5 milers. I use to always run before weights, but in the last couple of months I have been trying to do the weights first. Something that my body is not use to doing.

My eating is okay. I do have a little bit of sweets every day. I mainly try to eat fruits and veggies, 3 servings of low fat dairy a day and good protein. Lots of chicken.

Bev-
You look beautiful!

I do not hold out any hope of ever looking anything like you though. I'm built like an upside-down pear. If my waist and arms were as lean as yours, my legs would be skinny little matchsticks, and my butt would be so boney, it would hurt to sit. x(

Just a reminder to those who are inspired by Bev, that we're each built differently, and need to have individual goals. :)

P.S. Those are NOT my idea of BEFORE pics! LOL!

Hi Nancy,

Thanks for the compliment.

My pictures are to show that anything is possible. I come from a very large overweight family.. and was quite a chucky child...

My years of dedication has helped me, and my hope is to help inspire people to be the best they can be and it is a continuous journey..

Always have a goal, even if it is to maintain what we have achieved..

I have never done any quick fixes, it has always been slowly incorporated or it would not be a lifestyle change.

Have a great day....

Beverly
