BeFit on Youtube??

Does anyone use BeFit on Youtube? Any of the workouts or programs any good? I'm not sure how long this has been available (or what rock I've been under lately) but I just discovered it today. I know its free but I was just wondering if any of the instructors are any good? I've tried Jillian before and don't really care to listen to her for very long. After being with Cathe for so long, some instructors just don't seem as good, fun, or leaving me wanting to do more. So I'm just wondering if I should explore this or am I just wasting my time?

I use it from time to time. I particularly enjoy Scott Herman. and a couple of the Cardio Barre are interesting. I like the BeFit GO Max Strength as well, although it's been awhile since I've done one.
The downside for me, personally, is that they are the short side. They generally do not go over 23 minutes.

Did you end up trying any of the workouts?
Their 'Fit in 90' system is the deal of the day at totalfitnessdvds today. The workouts on the discs look interesting.
