Hi I am Mariángeles and I post this because I don't want you have the same problem I have now. I ordered the P90X and the complete set of bands. Beachbody told me my order total came to $284.15.I have received the P90X and the complete set of band in perfect conditions. 238,58 euros was charged in my credit card. The name of the enterprise was PPLBeachbody videos. Today day 25 of Juny I have seen two new charges in my credit card of 110,99 euros and 123,84 euros and the name of the enterpriser is PPL Beachbody fitness.I have sent a mail to Amber Otto. I have bought nothing more with Beachbody and have not authorized any other charges from Beachbody.I am very angry.

Mariangeles, that's terrible!! I hope there is some recourse you can take to resolve this. If this is reputable company, they should acknowledge their mistake and refund the charges.

Hi Stayfit, I would call your CC company and just have them take the cost off because you did not make another purchased. In the meantime just keep on them until the problem is solve.

some people have had this problem.I have never heard of anyone not getting credit back.Do as others had said -give them time to get back to you and then contact your cc company.When I ordered they pre authorized twice but only charged one time.How are you liking p90x?I love this workout series.
 
Hi Shelia, thank you for answering.I have mix feelings. I am very angry with the BB consumer service but I really love the P90X. That is the best purchase I have done this year.I hope BB refund the charges but I have cancel the credit card and I have to wait a week to receive the new one with new numbers. I don't want more extrange charges of BB in the future. This is a shame because I was really interested in the new Turbo Jam workouts.
