I just ordered some bands from them on Friday. Today I received an email saying they shipped. I **hope** this transaction goes smoothly. Wish me luck!

I've ordered several things from them, and have never had a problem. From threads at VF discussing BB customer service, it seems that maybe those who order by phone may have more problems (I always do internet orders).

Wow, I guess that I got lucky on my BB order a few years back. The only problem that I had was I order DVD and got VHS. I dealt with that by keeping the VHS and not bothering to complain. But it was shipping timely and my charge was not showing any weird charges on it afterwards.
Now, maybe if I gave them a second try, which lately I've thought about, I might not be so lucky. I don't know. I would love to try TJ but I'm affraid to order anything due to one good experience might cause one really bad experience.

I've also ordered many times from BB without any problems.

Don't bother contacting Customer (dis)Service. Email Amber Otto pronto and save yourself a lot of headaches!
If you do need her email addresses, I have two: [email protected] and [email protected].

I'm cracking up reading this thread, because it's just one of those things in life that you accept. Cathe's the best, but unfortunately those TurboJam's are so fun and P90X is so outstanding that you are forced to endure this whole ordeal, but there is a wonderful side to this. They are so whacked out in they're ordering practises that you can tell THEM what you want to pay. (I've posted this before).

Here's how I ordered TJ. Phoned BB and lady answered (who quite probably lived in Turkmanastan as they contract out their services), told her I wish to order TJ's. She quoted me a price, I said...but I heard that I can get 1/2 off. She paused and said...okay I'll give ya half off on one of them. I said I want to get 1/2 off on both of them. She pauses and comes back and says okay I can do that. Is there anything else you want. I forgot to ask her to send Tony along. Will do that next time. You should have checked with me first Mel...you could have paid $9.95 for the entire P90X set .

No...I believe Tony is LOST in the mail. But if they double bill me for him I will take them to court if they don't deliver two of him.

I posted elsewhere about this, but my TJ was actually delivered this week. I never got any kind of shipping confirmation or #, but there it was on my doorstep, so I'm not complaining. It only took two weeks, which I didn't think was bad at all considering the last time I ordered from them.

Maybe things are improving there? Or perhaps it's hit-and-miss...
