there's nobody like Cathe. I wanted to do something very "Special" to celebrate my 45th birthday and 3rd year of maintaining my 75lb weightloss...so what did I do? Imax 3, 2x back to back. It was the hardest cardio I have ever done. I gave it my all, both times and I was absolutely exhilarated and exhausted when I was finished. I was also blessed with a 3 day "hangover" which I have never experienced from cardio before. Whew...were my legs sore!!!!!!!!!!!!! Well that got me all excited because I truly NEVER thought I could pull that one off, so for the icing on the cake...once my hangover was over... I loaded up my barbell on my weight bench rack and squated 110 lbs with Slow Heavy Legs. I was so proud of myself. My 2 daughters (ages 9 & 11) said " You Rock Mom" and my 19 year old son (who lifts heavy at the gym) said "Cool". I have truly found that it is the "Little Things in Life" that bring the most JOY!!! Happy Exercising Everyone... Keep Following your Fitness Dreams.. Peggy

Peggy ~

Happy Birthday and Congratulations on the 3rd Anniversary of your 75lb weightloss. Both achievements are not to be overshadowed by your stellar performance with the double dose of IMAX3 and the 110lb squats and being the mother of one grown son and two young daughters!
Is there anything left for an encore!? I don't think so!

YOU GO, GIRL!

You're an inspiration!

Thank you for sharing!

>Would that be Imax3 x 2 = Imax 6? Or Imax3 (to the second
>power) = Imax 9? ;-)

Heh heh heh - I think it would be an Imax 9! At least I know that's how I'd feel after doing Imax 3 twice! :)
