After reading all the posts about backorders, I anxiously ordered "Slow and Heavy" on Monday afternoon. It was the next on my Cathe-must-haves list. And - it's already waiting for me at home!! Hellos dOWms! 
Just thought I'd let ya'll know that Cathe customer service is quick-on-the-draw with the in stock orders. And I will suffer for it - in a good way!
