BC suicde drill....way to funny

Good morning everyone!

I got my DVD's on Wed. and have previewed them. I decided to do the KB/BC premix today and let me tell you, it ROCKS! I love this BC waaaaay better than drill max, it's just so much fun.

Now, the funny part. I got all set up for the suicide drill and when I started running back and forth the dogs came running to the gate looking at me like I was crazy. Well, it was more like "hey, mom's running we need to get in there and run and jump with her". Do you know how hard it is to do that drill while laughing? Let me tell you, it's not easy. Our doggies crack me up.

Anyway, I just wanted to share my experience. I am so excited to do the rest of the series now. I have those in store for next week

Cathe outdid(one word?, two words?) herself this time. Way to go girl!!!!

I don't have the new Dvd's yet Didn't preorder.

But my Jack Russell (Co-Co) does the same thing. I will be working out and she will jump and run back and forth after me when I do step. I have to stop and laugh...Too funny! Gotta Love em'

That's adorable!!

My dogs are pretty reserved when it comes to me working out - they generally just look at me like I'm insane - but as soon as I lie down to do anything, core, stretch, Sadie is right there beside me, lying on the floor on her back waiting for me to rub her belly.

Same here! They just lie on the floor and watch me like "what is this freak doing?" But the second I lay down, all bets are off. They are all over me. It takes me forever to get core work or pushups done! They're so darn cute I can't help but play with them when they come over to me!

Yes, they are too funny. I have to put up a gate so "I" don't get hurt. Been there, done that and it wasn't fun. When I'm on the floor doing ab work they all are there trying to "help". One licking my face, two trying to sit on top of me and the other stirring up trouble.

The DVD's were such a nice surprise AND a nice early birthday present to myself, er, from my hubby......LOL.
