Shelley - fabulous, thanks! I guess I should have searched before I asked that one, huh? Looks good. I'll have to try that sometime to mix up my strength training.
I did this one on Friday and I really liked it. I couldn't believe an hour had gone by...it seemed much shorter. It was less cardio and more weight segments....ME and BC mix....than just the straight Bootcamp w/o. It was a very nice change of pace to mix things up a bit.
