Anyone watch this show? I've watched it a couple of times. The recipes look good. I saw her book on Amazon but the ingredients are measured in metric. I'm sure I can figure it out anyway but I wanted to know if it was worth it. I just saw her make this curry tofu thing that looked really good and this salmon with sprouts and veggies that I think even my kids would eat. Thanks everyone!

Love this show! My kids do too. Some of her books are already converted. OR you can print out a conversion chart (i taped it inside the front cover). ALL of the recipes are amazing. This is true clean eating. The show changed the way my family eats. My hair dresser couldn't believe how much healthier my hair has been...I've been drinking smoothies and eating mostly clean for about two years. My skin loves it! :D I think we have seen every episode!:p

Thanks Wendy, . .can I ask where you bought the converted books? When I watch the show I'm amazed how great the after shots are of the people on it. Their skin looks amazing so I really believe you when you say it works and the food looks really natural, clean, and delicious.

Sure, I purchased all my books from amazon
you are what you eat
you are what you eat cookbook
slim for life (this is converted)

I love Gillian's style and truly we just need to eat more natural. She makes it easy. So many "diets" tell you to eat rice cakes and low fat popcorn, not her. I know those things are not "healthy" for you. They just hold you over. We all need a few more greens.
Hope you find the books.:)

I catch this show on the occasional Sat morn. I really like it. The table of food she presents always looks better than the table of fried brown goo the participants always present. Just looks like a table full of tummy aches. A few things that she concocts look a little wonky, but most of it sounds good. I didn't know she had cookbooks out, will have to check them out.

Mind if I ask which book you own? I love that show. It's amazing how small changes can have such a positive effect!

Edited: I just re-read your post and saw the titles...never mind!!
