I really don't know what the time breakdown is for each of the discs,
but I'm sure you could check the dvd counter to figure it out. When we
designed the classes, we were told to give 20-30 minutes of floor
exercises. I wish I had more information for you...
Barry actually is working on a big infomercial campaign ready to launch
in early 2008. It will be a different kind of work out involving balls
and bands. A little easier for home workouts...
