I went onto videofitnessfanatics and found Cathe's Dec. body blast rotation and was wondering if anyone tried this rotation and how were the results.
I have been slacking so much lately, I need a kick in the butt.
On someday's she has two workouts listed. Does that mean to do two workouts or decide between one or the other?
