BB B-Lines resistance band users please help!

Hi,

I received my Beach Body B-Lines resistance bands. I got the pack with the most resistance-the green, blue and black bands. They came separate from the handles. I cannot for the life of me get the bands to fit in those handles. I had two different people try them as well to no avail. I looked up the directions on Beach Body's site and followed them, but the bands are too thick to go in. The diameter of the hole is 3 1/4" and the part where the circle is open is 1/4". I called BB and spoke to two different people. The guy had me measure mine and said they are exactly right. Why, oh why can't I get them in? I was all set to try P90X Back and Biceps (I think that's the name of it) with the door thingy for pull downs. I am beyond frustrated. Thanks for your help!

I have the same extreme package as you. You have to Strrreeetttccccchhhhh the bands so they are skinny enough to slide in the slot. They will never go in without stretching. I can't do it by my self. My husband has to pull and stretch them to get them in. We never use the black band as it so tough! We just keep the green and blue in the handles. They are great once you get them in the handles.:)

Sunnyside! Thank you!!!!!!!! Of course, that makes total sense. I can't believe I didn't think to do that! Duh! It's not in the instructions though. Also, both people I talked to didn't think to tell me that. You are so awesome!!! I just put the green and blues in! Yeah I can do P90X tomorrow! I can't thank you enough! Take care!

Kathryn, I followed your advice and ordered the Sissel (sp.?) door thing instead of the Beach Body one. I'll be trying it out this afternoon! Thanks for the advice!
