Would this be a basic example of how STS would be done weekly? Just wondering how to fit in the cardio. Also, how long should the cardio be, and at what intensity?
Monday - Chest, Shoulders & Biceps
Tuesday - Cardio
Wednesday - Back & Triceps
Thursday - Cardio
Friday - Legs
Saturday - Cardio
Sunday - Rest
