BASIC STEP & BODY FUSION

Just wondered what strength of tubing strap do you use in this dvd? I have used one before in previous toning classes in the gym but didn't realise there were different strengths. Also, what weights would you recommend? I used to use 2kg weights in previous classes which I found and then hold both in one hand for more weight when working on individual arms. All advice greatly appreciated, thanks!

Thanks to both! I was looking at tubing which was either light, medium, strong, extra strong. I'm guessing the medium is probably the one to use or the strong if youre feeling tough!

Thanks Cathe for producing such great workouts. I have just started using the Low Max, which when I saw the beginning I thought it might be too easy but now I'm finding it's very choreographed so I need time to learn it first before I can get benefit from it. This is why I then ordered the Basic Step + Body Fusion so I can alternate between the two although I had great fun learning the Low Max steps and lost all idea of time because I was so engrossed!
