I'm a huge ATL Braves fan(even if they didn't do well last season:-( ). Plan on going to ALOT of games this year!

Any other baseball fans sharing my excitement!:7

Amelia, yay!! Opening day April 1st. DH and I can't wait. We are Mets fans though. Sorry. But baseball will definately be on around here all of the time!!!

I cannot wait for baseball to start. Huge Redsox fan here!! Can you say Dice K??? Spring training lasts way too long.

Pittsburgh Pirate fan checking in here. We don't get to many major league games, but have a minor league farm team for the Phillies whose games we attend pretty regularly. They don't start playing till mid June.

We are a big baseball family here, too - the Phillies are our team, but my DH has always been a huge Cubs fan (ever since Larry Bowa was there, I guess.)

We're looking forward to having something to watch on TV!

I can't wait either! The off season is too long. I'm a Yankee fan but I'm moving to Atlanta so maybe I'll become a Braves fan (although I think I'll always be a Yankee fan.)

I'm a BIG Cubs fan even though I'm living in Georgia. I grew up in Chicago and have incredible memories of going to Wrigley Field with my dad and then later with friends to watch the games in the bleachers. It's been 99 years since the Cubs last won the world series but there is alway hope!

I'm a fan in the sense that I like to go to games, watch people, eat the stadium food and drink beer!

My DH is a fan and we're going to a Cubs game in Wrigley Field for "our" anniversary this year. 2 years ago, we went to Yankee Stadium for "our" anniversary. Luckily, both cities have plenty of other stuff for me - nice hotels, great sights, yummy food!

And I've never had a Chicago pizza....

Is that compromise or what?!

We go to alot of Phillies games.
I'm with the poster who said they go to eat and drink beer.
I don't think I've ever paid much attention to the field.

We have the AAA Braves Team here in Richmond and we'll go see 'em but we're not Braves fans; our team is the SF Giants...(our dear late dog was named Willie after the Say Hey Kid, himself, Willie Mays.)

I once sent DH black and orange balloons (SF colors) with a note that said "Happy New Year" on the first day of baseball season because he's such a fan.

I for one love the game of baseball and don't find it boring what so ever. I must say that at one time I did find the game boring but that was before I actually understood the game. But now, thanks to my DH, he made me understand and love the game. Now I really look forward to baseball season. It's a great sport and a lot of time misunderstood I think.
