I was just enabled into ordering Tracy Mallet's Booty Barre work out.
Barre is usually a mix of strengthening and stretching with light or no weights. Every dvd is different. Some require a barre or a sturdy chair (or back of a couch). Others do not. Lots of moves borrowed from ballet and pilates I do believe. Some work outs move faster for more of a cardio effect, while others move slower.
I will be using the push/pull tower with this work out. I hope I like it!
