Bare Escentuals/Mineral Make-up

FYI, for those who like Bare Escentuals or tried BE and didn't like them because they were shiny, contained bismuth oxychloride, etc., the Beauty Thread over at videofitness got me to try some other mineral make-up.

I got samples from Everyday Minerals and Pure Luxe, and love them. Might try some samples from Alima Minerals too before I decide which to order full-size. With this mineral make-up, my skin has never looked better. Doesn't clog pores or cause breakouts. I can come home from work and workout without having to wash my face first. I can't say enough about them.

Just had to share my experience because I've been forever searching for the perfect foundation and I think I've finally found it. Something that looks very natural but covers imperfections well. Try it!

Could you post a link to Pure Luxe and Alima (I tried www.alima.com , but it took me to a site that offers Russian women as brides!)? I've tried the Everyday Minerals, but I'd like to try the other ones as well.

I honestly couldn't tell you if it had the bismuth stuff in it, but I love it (recently switched from Bare Escentuals).

I recently started the Bare Minerals make up and my face has gotten so incredibly clear since I started. I'm surprised that people are having issues, but I guess everyone's skin is different.

I'm experiencing a similar thing, but I did have to switch as the BE made me REALLY itchy, especially if it was a little hot out and I was getting at all warm. Nice to understand that I wasn't crazy, and there was a reason for this! I'm not using EM, and I'm in love with this stuff. My skin is AMAZINGLY clear. Just AMAZING. I'm so happy that I discovered this.
