okay all you weight trainers, i need a little input.

i do not have a barbell, just assorted dumbells (12-20lbs). i have been doing muscle endurance everyweek with just the dumbells, and it is hard to balance, especially with her squats with 40 lbs. anyone else not use barbells? anyone know where to get one like cathe uses? thanks

If you scroll down, there is the Troy Lite Workout System with Quiet Plates for $49.95. It comes with a bar, weight plates, and cuffs. You can get additional plates, as the bar has a maximum capacity of 80 lbs.

Some people here suggested buying the bar, but getting the weight plates at Wal-Mart (cheaper, and no shipping!).
